Eligibility for Returns

Return Window

Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.

Product Condition

The product must be:
  • Unused and undamaged
  • In original packaging with all tags
  • With all accessories and manuals
  • Include the original invoice

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care products
  • Innerwear and lingerie
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital products (once accessed)
  • Products marked as "Non-Returnable"

Reasons Accepted for Return

Valid Return Reasons

  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items or accessories
  • Product significantly different from description
  • Size or color mismatch (if mentioned in description)

Replacement Policy

Replacement Guidelines

  • Replacement is subject to product availability
  • If replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated
  • Same product replacement is generally provided
  • Free pick-up service is available for eligible returns

Refund Policy

Important Note

Refunds are processed after the returned product passes our quality checks. This usually takes 1-2 business days after we receive the product.

UPI / Wallet / Net Banking
Refunds processed within 5–7 working days
Debit / Credit Card
Refunds processed within 7–10 working days
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Refund via bank transfer within 7–10 working days

Seller Responsibilities

Seller Obligations

  • Sellers must accept valid return requests as per policy
  • Responsible for product quality and accurate description
  • Must process returns within 48 hours of approval
  • Provide clear and accurate product images and details
  • Repeated return issues may result in penalties or account suspension

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment
  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible
  • In case of cancellation, refund will be processed within 5-7 working days
  • Partial cancellation may be available for some orders
